Does your child have a list of people they trust to tell if something bad happens to them? Please take a few minutes to talk to your child about who those trusted adults might be. Let them choose - they are more likely to remember who they are if they have chosen them. However, their list should include these 5 categories of people:
1. A family member they live with 2. A trusted adult at school 3. At least one family member they do not live with 4. A family friend 5. Police (know how to dial 911)
Together, we can keep our kids safe. If you want to learn more, we can help. ... See MoreSee Less
The given circumstances of why we were at the center were not pleasant, but everyone involved made it easier to deal with those issues. This center is a great place and we are thankful to have such a healing place for our children to go.
