April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. We all need to work together to stop it. If children are not BELIEVED when they disclose abuse, how can we help? Always believe a child and report it. The given circumstances of why we were at the center were not pleasant, but everyone involved made it easier to deal with those issues. This center is a great place and we are thankful to have such a healing place for our children to go.

Prevention and Awareness Training
The Northwest Missouri Children’s Advocacy Center offers educational programs on a variety of child related issues. Prevention and awareness programs are available to local school districts for elementary age children.
