Joyce has a B.S. in Education and a M.S. in Education Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Joyce has worked with the Children's Advocacy Center since it began in 1993. She has 22 years of experience in counseling children who have been abused. Joyce has been endorsed as an Expert Witness in child Abuse for the Courts in Buchanan County and often testifies in abuse case.

Lisa has a M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has been with the NWMCAC since July 2004 and has attended numerous conferences and trainings specializing in child sexual abuse, physical abuse and domestic violence.

Trenny has a B.S. in management from Missouri Western State University. She has received over 900 hours of specialized training in sexual assault and child abuse investigations, interviewing and interrogations, and evidence collection. She has worked with the St. Joseph Police Department for the last 15 years, with the last 12 years in the Detective Division as a member of the Sex Crimes Unit and has performed interviews for the center for 12 yeas. She is also a member of the Buchanan County Sexual Task Force.
